The recalled bottles are three-pack sets sold exclusively at Walmart stores and on Walmart.com from November 2025 through May 2026 for about $20. The item number is B11654 and the UPC is 669028116546. About 40,000 units were sold.

The hard plastic outer shell of these bottles can bubble or partially peel off, resulting in loose pieces of film-like plastic that pose a choking hazard to young children. The bottles consist of a hard outer plastic shell that encases a soft silicone pouch. TOMY has received 135 reports of bubbling or peeling of the outer plastic shell. No injuries have been reported.
