Plain-English summary

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission is announcing a recall of Somgem Lightweight Tiny Pinky Pig and Yomin Toilet Lighters. These products violate mandatory safety standards for cigarette lighters because they do not include the required child-resistant mechanisms.

The Somgem-branded lighter is shaped like a pink pig with an ignition trigger on top and is 1.18 inches tall. The Yomin-branded lighter is shaped like a white toilet with a cap on top and a bottle opener on the bottom, measuring 3 inches in height.

Approximately 11,710 units were sold on Amazon.com by Elepdv from July 2022 through November 2025 for between $8 and $13.

Consumers should stop using these lighters immediately. To receive a full refund, contact Elepdv at [email protected] with a photo of the disabled lighter showing "Recalled" written on it. Lighters should be disposed of according to local waste disposal procedures.
