Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled tumbler and contact HydroJug for a free replacement lid. To initiate the remedy, consumers should email [email protected] with order details (if available), shipping address, and photos of the bottom of the tumbler. Consumers will be asked to permanently mark the recalled tumbler lid with the word "Recalled" and dispose of it.
