Consumers should immediately stop using the device and contact 7111495 Canada at 888-291-0521 (toll-free, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday), by email at [email protected], or online at arizer.com/solo-ii-voluntary-recall-submission-form/ or www.arizer.ca to verify serial number eligibility. Eligible customers will receive a free replacement Solo II MAX unit and wax for disposal. The recalled unit must be disabled by inserting wax into the charging port, then disposed of at a local hazardous waste or battery recycling facility. Do not discard the device in regular trash, general recycling streams, or used battery recycling boxes. Contact your local household hazardous waste collection center to confirm it accepts lithium-ion batteries before disposal.
