VIVI e-bike lithium-ion batteries can overheat, posing fire and burn hazards

Consumers should immediately stop using e-bikes with the recalled batteries and contact VIVI for a free replacement battery and charger. The recalled battery must be taken to a household hazardous waste collection centre and must not be placed in the trash, in general recycling, or in battery recycling boxes at retail stores.
