The high chairs pose two hazards: the opening between the seat and tray is large enough that a child can become entrapped in it, and the child restraint system can fail, creating a fall hazard. Both hazards violate federal standards for high chairs. No injuries have been reported.

The high chairs were sold through Amazon.com and Walmart.com from March 2024 through March 2025 for approximately $100.
