The high chairs violate the mandatory standard for high chairs because they were sold without the required attached restraint system, posing a deadly fall hazard to babies. In addition, a child's head can become trapped in the opening between the seat and tray, posing a deadly entrapment hazard. The CPSC notice states that no injuries or incidents have been reported.
About 130 units were sold online at Amazon.com from March 2025 through June 2025 for about $90.
Consumers should immediately stop using the high chairs and contact Rotinyard for a full refund, disassembling the chair, cutting the restraints and seat cushion insert and emailing photos to [email protected].
