Real risk of harm even if no illness or injury has been reported yet. Stop using the product and follow the agency's guidance.

Our severity reasoning: This recall affects a risk-of-harm product (child carriers with potential fall hazard). Although no injuries have been reported, 13 documented cases of hinge failure exist and the defect poses a genuine fall risk to children.
