The lot numbers are PC: 0224 for Squeeze Plush Ball Monsters and PC:1223 for Easter Squeezable, printed on the top right corner of the permanent sewn-on tag.

The firm has received two reports of incidents, including one involving a child who had their eyes flushed out by a medical professional to remove glitter. Consumers should immediately stop using these toys and return them to the store where purchased for a full refund of $5 in cash. If return to the store is not possible, consumers can contact Shawshank for a postage-paid label to return the toys for a full refund of $5 in the form of a check.
