The model number "166700 CQ" is printed on the base, and the toy measures about seven inches tall and four inches wide.

The wooden base can detach from the wooden rod and release the three plastic rings, creating a choking hazard for young children. No injuries have been reported.

The recalled product was sold at independent specialty toy stores nationwide and online at www.manhattantoy.com from May 2024 through June 2024 for about $16. Approximately 3,000 units were affected.
