Justin Boots Keaven WP Met Guard Work Boots Recalled Due to Missing Metatarsal Guard
Boot Royalty is recalling about 3,200 Justin Boots Keaven WP Met Guard Work Boots (Model SE4570) because the metatarsal guard may be missing, creating a crush hazard to the wearer's feet. One injury has been reported.
What this means for you
Minor labeling or packaging issue, or a voluntary precautionary recall. Risk of harm is low but real — follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Our severity reasoning: One injury report exists (bruising from impact), but it is a minor injury without hospitalization or serious harm reported. The hazard is a missing safety component on a protective device, which is a functional defect rather than a high-risk pathogen or structural vehicle failure, placing it at the Moderate level per the rubric.
