Consumers can check if their unit is recalled by entering the serial number (found on the bottom of the base) into the online tool at www.blendjet.com/safetyandrecall or by calling BlendJet at 844-334-0562.

BlendJet will provide a free replacement base unit. To obtain the replacement, consumers must remove and cut the rubber seal from the base into three or more pieces, then upload or email a photo showing the serial number and the cut rubber seal to www.blendjet.com/safetyandrecall or [email protected].
