The toy was sold online at Amazon.com from May 2022 through July 2022 for about $200. About 100 units were distributed.

The product violates federal safety bans in three ways: the yellow-painted metal zipper contains lead levels that exceed the federal lead paint ban; the orange plastic phone cord contains lead levels that exceed the federal lead content ban; and the blue plastic bulb on the horn contains a regulated phthalate that exceeds the prohibition of specific phthalates.
