Impex Fitness has received four reports of locking collars that slipped, but no injuries have been reported. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled dumbbell handles and contact Impex Fitness to receive a free replacement set of new locking collars, which will be mailed at no charge. The old collars should be discarded in the trash.
