The affected holsters feature a camel hypalon exterior, foam cushioning, and a snap closure. The UPC number 888564163139 is printed on the packaging. The holsters were manufactured in the Philippines.
Mystery Ranch has received 42 reports of the strap disconnecting, including one report of a gun unexpectedly coming out of a holster. No injuries have been reported. The holsters were sold nationwide and online at various sporting goods retailers and MysteryRanch.com from August 2019 through October 2019 for about $25.
