Those with propane delivered to storage tanks should immediately contact the retailer, supplier, or Keyera Energy to arrange for a free inspection. If the inspection confirms insufficient odorant, Keyera Energy will arrange for additional odorization or replacement of the gas. Consumers should ensure carbon monoxide alarms are in place and, if they smell gas, immediately leave the building and call 911 or their gas supplier without using electrical switches or matches.
