An additional incident was reported involving a 6-year-old boy who swallowed foam beads and had them in his nose and mouth. The affected chairs were sold in various sizes, shapes, and colors from 1995 to 2013 at retailers including Walmart, Big Lots, and Amazon.com.

Consumers should immediately check the outside zipper of their bean bag chair to ensure it has a metal staple that disables it.
