The recalled products are made of 94% polyester and 6% spandex and feature "Thor" printed on the center front in blue and white, red and white, or pink and black color patterns. The pajamas were sold in sizes ranging from 6 to 12 months through youth large.
The recall is being conducted because the pajamas fail to meet federal flammability standards for children's sleepwear, which poses a risk of burn injury to children. The affected items include specific tracking numbers on the back of the neck label: 728141, 995755, 995756, 995757, and 995758. No injuries have been reported in connection with this recall.
The pajamas were sold through authorized Thor motocross retailers nationwide from June 2013 through December 2014 for between $30 and $45. Consumers should immediately take the recalled pajamas away from children, stop using them, and return them to K.J. Sportswear California for a full refund.
