Performance Packaging of Las Vegas, Nevada, is recalling approximately 6,000 PouchPop™ Toppers. These silicone attachments screw onto baby food pouches to allow infants to feed themselves. The recalled items were sold in four-packs of green, orange, red, and yellow colors and feature a "SipP" logo and smiley face on the circular base.

The recall is due to a choking hazard. The tube of the topper that screws onto the food pouch can separate from the round base. The firm has received four reports of breaks above the round base of the toppers, but no injuries have been reported.

The PouchPops were sold online at Amazon.com, littlegreenpouch.com, and jackbenatural.com from May through September 2014 for about $10. Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled toppers and contact Performance Packaging at 702-240-3457 or visit www.pouchpop.com to receive a free replacement product or full refund.
