The recalled items were sold in four-packs of green, orange, red, and yellow colors and feature a "SipP" logo and smiley face on the circular base.

The recall is due to a choking hazard. The tube of the topper that screws onto the food pouch can separate from the round base. The firm has received four reports of breaks above the round base of the toppers, but no injuries have been reported.

The PouchPops were sold online at Amazon.com, littlegreenpouch.com, and jackbenatural.com from May through September 2014 for about $10.
