The recalled chairs were sold exclusively to Kaplan Early Learning nationwide from October 2011 to December 2012 for approximately $390 to $540. About 350 units are included in the recall. The 1529P style features a maple wood frame with blue fabric upholstery, while the 1529V-LM style has a maple wood frame with beige vinyl upholstery and a locking mechanism. Both models have the style number and manufacture date printed under the seat, with dates between January 1, 2011, and December 31, 2012.
