Only units from Lot No. 124 with a manufacture date of 04/17/2012 are included in this recall. Consumers can identify the affected products by checking the tag sewn inside the garment where the infant's right foot would be located, which states "Date of Manufacture: 04/17/2012, Lot No. 124." The blankets were sold nationwide from June 2012 to August 2013 at various stores, online retailers, and the manufacturer's website for about $20.
