Meyer Marketing has received 97 reports of the glass lids breaking or shattering, but no injuries have been reported.

The recalled pans were sold at Costco Wholesale stores in the San Francisco Bay area and in the Northeast from May 2012 through October 2012 for about $35. The pans measure about 12 inches in diameter and are about 3 inches deep. The bottom of the pan is printed with "Kirkland Signature," "6 QT/5.6 L," and "Made in Thailand."

Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled pans and glass lids. They should return the products to any Costco store for a full refund.
