The recalled Sulley is a blue furry creature with purple spots, a horn, and blue eyes measuring about 1 inch in diameter. The toy is approximately 17 inches high and 10.5 inches wide. Consumers can identify the recalled product by a tracking label sewn into the backside of the leg, ending in 4384 or 4385 for the U.S. and 4378 for Canada.

The stuffed animals were sold at Build-A-Bear Workshop stores and online during June 2013 for about $23. No injuries have been reported. Consumers should immediately take the recalled toy from children and return it to any Build-A-Bear Workshop store to receive a coupon for any stuffed animal.
