The recalled models are the Workbench Multipress with Isolateral Arms (WB-MP11), Workbench Olympic Bench (WB-OB11), and Workbench Utility Bench (WB-UB11). These free-standing workbenches are typically used for free weight workouts and feature black, square tube, steel bases with adjustable bench seats and backrests.

The recall is due to a defect where the weld on the backrest adjustment brackets can break, posing an injury hazard to consumers. Powertec is aware of one incident involving a minor injury related to this defect.
