Plain-English summary

Hot Chocolate Inc. is recalling M.M.M. boys' jogging suits because the waist drawstrings on the jackets pose an entanglement hazard. The drawstrings could become snagged or caught in small spaces or vehicle doors. The "M.M.M." brand name appears on the label stitched into the back of the neck.

About 1,700 units were sold exclusively at dd's Discounts stores nationwide from December 2011 through January 2012 for about $10. The products were imported by Myriad Trading Inc. of Ontario, Calif., and manufactured in China. No injuries have been reported.

Consumers should immediately take the recalled jacket from their child and remove the waist drawstrings or return the product to a dd's Discounts store for a full refund.
