The product number PR191-2VP is located on the front of the packaging and on the label inside the battery compartment. The radios use standard AAA Nickel Metal Hydride battery cells with a black wrapper labeled 300 mAh (CEL) with the date code TF or RF.

Consumers should immediately stop using the two-way radios and contact Cobra Electronics for a free replacement and a 20% off coupon for a future purchase. If the batteries have leaked onto the radio, consumers should not touch the liquid and should contact the company for a free replacement product.
