The item number is located on the back of the package.
No injuries have been reported. Consumers should immediately take the recalled product away from children and contact Action Products International at (800) 772-2846 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. ET Monday through Friday, or visit www.apii.com for instructions on returning the product for a free replacement.
