No reports of personal injuries have been received.

About 8,000 units were sold by QVC nationwide from November 2005 through December 2005 for between $40 and $44. The product was manufactured in Hong Kong by Creative Innovations & Sourcing LLC. Consumers should stop using the product immediately. QVC will send a letter to purchasers instructing them to return the battery pack and battery charger to obtain a full refund.
