The suits were sold in eight different color combinations, including orange/navy, light blue/royal blue, and red/navy.

The hazard exists because the Reebok logo appliqué on the clear rubber zipper pull of the jacket can detach. This poses a choking or aspiration hazard to young children. Reebok has received one report of a child beginning to choke from a detached logo appliqué, though no injuries have been reported.

The suits were sold at Mervyns and Toys "R" Us/Babies "R" Us nationwide from December 2005 through May 2006. Prices ranged from about $18 for newborn/infant sizes to $28 for toddler sizes. Consumers should immediately take the recalled product away from young children. They can either return the suit for a free replacement or cut off and discard the clear rubber zipper pull to continue using the original suit.
