The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Wal-Mart announced the recall on November 22, 2005. No injuries have been reported in connection with this product.

The trunks were sold exclusively at Wal-Mart stores nationwide from July 2005 through September 2005 for about $15. Consumers should immediately take these toys away from young children and return the product to Wal-Mart for a full refund.
