Affected wheels have "Rolf Prima Vigor" or "Rolf Prima Elan" written on the rim. The serial numbers range from 03926 to 06586 and are located on the rim under the yellow rim tape, requiring the removal of the tire, tube, and rim strip to view. Consumers should contact their local bicycle retailer to have the wheels inspected. If the wheels are included in the recall, the dealer will provide a free repair. Repair kits are expected to be available in 6 to 8 weeks.
