The toys were sold exclusively at Kohl's throughout July 2004 for approximately $5 each.

The recall is being issued because the seams in the toy can tear open, exposing small plastic pellets inside. These pellets pose a choking or aspiration hazard to young children who may mouth the pellets. Determined Productions has received one report of seam breakage resulting in a child choking on the plastic pellets. The child was taken to the hospital and released without injury after a procedure to look for aspirated beads.
