The model number BBK 10010 is located on the outside of the box, and a yellow warning label on the climber displays BBK's name, address, and phone number.

The units were sold between August 2003 and October 2003 for about $90 at hunting gear retailers and distributors nationwide, including Mattoon Rural King Supply, Johnston Seed, Everharts Sporting Goods, and Sportsradein. They were also sold on the BBK Enterprises website. No incidents have been reported, and the recall is being conducted to prevent the possibility of injuries.
