The fireworks were sold from June 2003 through July 2003 for about $35 at firework display stands, tents, and retail operations in states where consumer fireworks are legal. Consumers should return the entire firework device to the retailer for a refund or contact TNT at (800) 243-1189 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. CT Monday through Friday for further directions.
