The product is a flat, wooden platform with wheels, measuring about 10 inches long, featuring twisting red and blue plastic wires threaded with multi-colored beads. A red pull string with a bead at the end attaches to the platform. The toy was sold as part of the "Childhood Classics Wooden Chest & Toy Collection" set, which also included wood puzzles, a pounding bench, and a block set.

The recall is due to a choking hazard. The toy's wheels can break off, and the bead can detach from the pull string. The companies have received reports of wheels coming off and the bead detaching. In one instance, a detached bead was found in a child's mouth. No injuries have been reported.
