Fashion Bug received a report from a consumer that the gold coating on one of these candles ignited. No injuries or property damage were reported in this incident. The candles were sold at Fashion Bug and Fashion Bug Plus stores nationwide from November 1999 through December 1999 for about $4 each. The tree-shaped candles are about 7 inches high and packaged in cellophane, while the cherub candles are about 3 inches high and sold in pairs in red boxes.
