The products bear establishment number “645” inside the Canadian mark of inspection. The issue was identified when the producing establishment was notified by the wafer supplier of the recall, and the Canadian Food Inspection Agency informed FSIS that the recalled wafers were used in products distributed to the United States.

There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. Consumers who have purchased these items are urged not to consume them. The products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.
