These items bear establishment number EST. M-6373 inside the USDA mark of inspection. The products were shipped to Wegmans stores in Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and Virginia. The issue was discovered by Wegmans store personnel, who contacted the establishment, which then alerted the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
