The products contain milk, a known allergen, which is not declared on the products' label.
The products were cooked in a Redmond, Washington restaurant and sold to the general public. They were produced using bread crumbs from a vendor who listed wheat, soy, and milk on the label. Although the bangers' label listed wheat and soy, it did not list milk. The products were produced between March 17, 2014, and September 8, 2014, and bear the establishment number "Est. 6267" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The problem was discovered by an FSIS inspector who saw that the products were incorrectly labeled.
