Also recalled are 4.3-oz. plastic packages of “SUPERMOM’S KITCHEN Caesar Salad” with seasoned chicken breast strips, parmesan cheese, and crouton packet, bearing various “ENJOY THROUGH” dates from May 26 through June 16, 2022. All recalled products bear establishment number “EST. 19860” inside the USDA mark of inspection.

The problem was discovered when the company notified FSIS that its product sampling resulted in a positive test for Listeria monocytogenes. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products. The products were shipped to retail locations in Minnesota and Wisconsin.

Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase. FSIS is concerned that some product may still be in consumers’ refrigerators. Listeriosis can cause serious infection, particularly for older adults, persons with weakened immune systems, and pregnant women and their newborns.
