2023–2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L vehicles recalled for air bag software defect

Dealers will update the occupant restraint controller module software at no charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 11, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov on May 28, 2026. Chrysler's internal recall number for this campaign is 01D.
