Ford Ranger and Bronco front seat pivot bolts may dislodge
Ford is recalling certain 2024-2026 Ranger and Bronco vehicles because the front seat frame height-adjust pivot bolt may be loose or dislodged. 179,698 vehicles are affected.

The recall applies to owners and operators of the affected model years. Owner notification letters were mailed on 22 May 2026, and affected VINs became searchable on NHTSA.gov from 30 April 2026.
Dealers will inspect and replace the pivot links and bolts as necessary, free of charge. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332, quoting recall number 26S30.
