Owners of affected vehicles should contact BMW customer service at 1-800-525-7417 or their authorized BMW dealer. Dealers will inspect, reseal the windshield, and replace the vehicle control unit and wiring free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed November 21, 2025.
