Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC is recalling certain 2019-2020 Jaguar XE vehicles. The recall addresses a defect where wiring damage in the trunk may cause the rearview camera image to fail to appear on the display.

A rearview camera that does not display an image can reduce the driver's rear view, which increases the risk of a crash. This recall replaces and expands previous recall number 23V-501. Vehicles already repaired under the previous recall will need to have the new remedy completed.

Dealers will inspect and repair or replace the rearview camera wiring harness as necessary, free of charge. Owner letters were mailed on February 2, 2026. Owners may contact Jaguar's customer service at 1-800-452-4827 or the NHTSA Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236.
