N&B Mobility Solutions LLC (Nivion) is recalling certain Nivion NSP01 charger adapters. The recall addresses a defect where insufficient clearance between direct-current (DC) busbars inside the adapter can lead to electrical arcing. Additionally, the adapter is missing an electrical status switch that prevents disconnection while charging.

The electrical arcing increases the risk of a fire. Furthermore, disconnecting the adapter during the charging process increases the risk of injury by electrical shock.
