Range Rover transmission can shift to neutral causing loss of drive power

Land Rover is recalling certain 2024 Range Rover and Range Rover Sport vehicles because falling transmission oil pressure can cause the clutch to shift into neutral.

What this means for you

Illness, injury, or structural failure has been reported. Stop using the product immediately and contact the manufacturer for a refund or repair.

Our severity reasoning: Rubric level 4 covers structural vehicle defects: a transmission fault that drops the vehicle into neutral produces a total loss of drive power, and the remedy is transmission replacement.
