2024 Big Tex Trailers Recalled for Defective Goodride Tires

Owners should contact Big Tex Trailer customer service at 1-800-594-5637 to arrange for tire inspection and replacement, which will be performed free of charge. The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline (1-888-327-4236, TTY 1-800-424-9153) is also available for information. Owner notification letters were mailed on January 12, 2024.
