The internal aluminum burner tubes connecting to the gas valves may fracture. This defect can cause a gas leak, which increases the risk of a fire if an ignition source is present.

Owners should contact Par Nado customer service at 1-418-426-3666 or their dealer to have the burner tubes inspected and repaired free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 23, 2023. Par Nado's recall number is 2023-001.
