Grand Design Travel Trailer Electric Awning May Separate and Drop
Grand Design is recalling certain 2022-2023 travel trailers because the electric awning's fabric seam may separate, allowing the awning to drop beyond normal operation and increase injury risk. Dealers will repair or replace the awning at no charge.

Approximately 8,150 units are affected. Owner notification letters were mailed by August 22, 2022. Owners should contact Grand Design customer service at 1-574-825-9679 or their local dealer to schedule a free inspection and repair or replacement of the awning.
