Plain-English summary

Foretravel, Inc. is recalling certain 2020 iC-37 motorhomes equipped with Xantrex Inverters. These vehicles have an internal ground neutral bond in the inverter and were also wired with an additional external ground neutral bond. Having more than one ground/neutral bond in the electrical system creates the possibility of electrical shock when making contact with the metal surfaces of the coach.

The defect can increase the risk of injury from electrical shock. According to the recall notice, all affected units have already been remedied. Consequently, owner notification letters will not be sent.

Owners may contact Foretravel customer service at 1-800-955-6226 for more information. Owners may also contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Vehicle Safety Hotline at 1-888-327-4236 (TTY 1-800-424-9153) or visit www.safercar.gov.
